Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–15 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carriers, holidays, customs or severe weather.

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.

Natural variation

Color, pattern and translucency may vary slightly between beads and from photographs. These variations are part of the character of bead jewelry and are not considered defects.
